Shipping

All items listed on this website ship directly from the owner of Shop Ivy’s HeART. For all purchases, processing times are 1-2 business days and are shipped in the comfort of recycled packaging. You will receive shipping tracking information to your email address when your package is the its way to you.

All orders shipped will be covered with insurance for added security and peace of mind.

• Most orders will be shipped via USPS (unless otherwise requested from the customer).

• Books, planners, t-shirts, and tapestries are shipped in recycled packaging, as we care about the environment.

• In the unfortunate situation your package happens to be lost by the postal service, or it arrives with damages, Shop Ivy’s HeART will be happy to investigate and create a claim with the postal service.

REFUNDS

All items are FINAL SALE. In particular circumstances, a partial or full refund may be provided at the discretion of Shop Ivy’s HeART. Send us an email with your order number and tracking information so that we can start the refund process. Refunds typically take up to five (5) business days to reflect in bank account.
